Object variable or block variable not set

We're randomly getting an error of "Object variable or block variable not set" in the CheckIn/CheckOut software.  The user says they hit Ok which launches "Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or orndinal".  From here it locks up and they are forced to End Task the software.  Not sure is this is related but they're also reporting a pop up that reads "ID SET - #error can not close out"

We're on version 5.2 SQL install build 7.

I would suggest trying to reinstall the application from CD and make certain that you select workstation instead of full or server when prompted. This will recreate the access workstation application and may resolve the problem. As long as you select workstation instead of full or server you should not lose any data. Hope this helps!
