Busted motherboard- can I transfer HDD?
« on: October 13, 2008, 11:47:59 am »
Greetings.

The motherboard on my computer has failed.  I am running Intellitrack's Fixed Assets, v 4.2.  Can I install the hard drive in another machine as the Primary Hard Drive and still use Intellitrack?  It is urgent that I get this resolved so that I do not have to finish the annual inventory with paper and pen.
Thanks.

I should clarify my question:  I have another working machine.  Would intellitrack still work if I take the Hard drive from my bad machine and install it in a working machine, and set it as the primary master?

Please contact tech support at 888-583-3008 option 6 or techsupport@intellitrack.net for assistance transferring the license to the new machine. Thanks!
