Error when downloading data to MC3000

I am getting a a MsSQL error 80070057 "Authenication failed on the computer running IIS" when I try to send data to the MC3000 from the workstation.  The minor error is 28011 "MsSQL Server Compact". IIS is installed on the server and everything else seems to be working fine. The workstation is running Windows XP and Active Sync is running.
