Upload error on Hand Held device

I'm getting an error on our PPT880 hand held device when trying to upload scans into the database. The error on the HH reads: "Could not establish connection to network"

We are running a central SQL database on a server and using workstations with Intellitrack Fixed Assets installed. This particulard HH device is able to be loaded with a database using the "send" option in the DMS Batch Synchronization Utility but it will not upload (receive data).

The URL on the hand held (I.E) is the same as the one in the Sync URL under the Preferences tab in the Batch Synchronization Utility. Beyond that I am unsure as where to find the root of this error. Please advise.
