WebException Error

Hi,

Our office has a demo version of DMS 7.0 and when trying to upload data from the handheld (after doing an inventory) back to the desktop we get an error message "WebException" on the handheld.  Can you help us?

The web exception error indicates that the incorrect version of .net is being used in IIS for the ITIregistration website. Please download the latest build of the software from our website and then reinstall. You will now find an option to correct this by selecting Start > programs > intellitrack > dms > Fixed Assets > Reset ASP.NET
