FAQ / How can I tell if my IIS dependancies are set up and functioning properly?
« Last post by Bradp on July 06, 2007, 01:36:42 pm »
You will type in a netork address in your internet browser application.

For DMS applications (Check In-Out, Fixed Assets, Inventory and Stockroom)
http://YOURCOMPUTERNAME/IntelliTrack/sscesa20.dll -- Where YOURCOMPUTERNAME is the physical name of your computer

For WMS applications (ISRP and WMS)
http://YOURCOMPUTERNAME/WMS/sscesa20.dll -- Where YOURCOMPUTERNAME is the physical name of your computer

** NOTE - Newer version of WMS will be:
http://YOURCOMPUTERNAME/IntelliTrack/sscesa20.dll -- Where YOURCOMPUTERNAME is the physical name of your computer

If everything is configured properly you should see a 'SQL CE Server Agent' message in the browser window.

FAQ / Re: C:\ITCHECK5\data.udl is missing
« Last post by Bradp on May 08, 2007, 06:53:49 pm »
Sounds like you are just doing a 'Server' install; which normally does work in this case. However due to different types of SQL and security/permission issues, sometimes it is necessary to install the 'Full' version of the application on the server first so that everything may be installed correctly. You can afterwards uninstall the IntelliTrack application using Add/Remove programs to just leave the server database. You first make a backup copy of the C:\Program Files\Common Files\IntelliTrack folder and sub entries before you remove the application though. Afterwards, replace the folder once the uninstall has completed.

Thanks!

FAQ / The Located Assembly's Manifest Definition Error
« Last post by danb on December 11, 2006, 09:13:13 am »
Problem: The located assembly's manifest definition with name 'DMSSVR.DLL' does not match the assembly reference
Cause: The DMS program was installed while another DMS 5.1 application was running.

Go to the MS Access installation folder and get the version from DMSSSVR.DLL. For example, 1.0.2329.24631

Go to the following registry key:

Client:    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{47129F45-E3A7-4902-B147-171743E251DC}\InprocServer32

Value Assembly should have the same version number listed as on the DLL.

If any subkeys exist for Inprocserver32 they should be deleted.  The names of the subkeys are version numbers. They are subfolders on the left side of the registry editor under Inprocserver32.  They are not the values on the right side of the window.

Go to the following registry key:

Server:    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{AB00AE5E-533E-4182-9D6B-9655C9C43AB3}\InprocServer32

Value Assembly should have the same version number listed as on the DLL.

FAQ / Re: Error when opening IntelliTrack products
« Last post by leet on July 13, 2006, 11:28:16 am »
In most cases insatlling Access XP SP3 cures the symptoms, but we have had reports of trouble even after installing SP3.  If you experience this, upgrade IntelliTrack to use the Access 2003 runtime.  It will soon be available through the Check For Updates link on your IntelliTrack programs menu.
