I am unable to get my labels to print correctly, the printer skips a label and spits out blanks, and sometimes my bar codes are off the label all together.

When you requested and activated your software, you supplied us with a computer device number, which we used to generate a license activation code. Your application is registered and activated for your old PC. Now you need to transfer your software activation and registration to the new PC.
When possible try to note the device number or license code of the old PC either through the Help>About menu within the program, or from within your Web registration account.  This information will aid you in properly transferring your license from the old computer to the new one.  Remove the software from the old PC. Install the software on the new PC and launch the programm.  Note the device number that is displayed on startup and contact Technical support by email at or at the Intellitrack Website Request Support form:

Provide your Product Serial number, the old device or license number, and the new device number.  The support team will transfer your license to the new PC, update your web account, and reply to you  with your updated activation code.

What happens if I need to move my software from an old PC to a new PC?  Why does my old license not work after I move the program to a new computer?
