We're experiencing an persistent problem with IntelliTrack v 4.3 Build 300, MS ActiveSync 4.5.0 (Build 5096), Dell with XP, and the device is a HHP Dolphin 7400. When we try to download the Dolphin information from one particular workstation (we have 3 workstations), we get a ITDMSConduit popup: ITConduit.modLibrary.GetConnection, version 1.0.72, at line 0. Microsoft Jet Database Engine (-2147467259) The database has been placed in a state by user 'Admin' on machine '<the current machine name is here>' that prevents it from being opened or locked. ActiveSync then fails to connect. The odd thing is that it occasionally works on this machine and it never occurs on the other two, seemingly identical, machines.
Any pointers to fix this problem would be appreciated.
