http://forum.intellitrack.net/index.php?topic=1262.0. In reference, I want to put multiple current items numbers that are very specific under a more general item number. Ex. TL-FlSHLGHT-MAG-14.5IN and TL-FLSHLGHT-PCKT would both be put under TL-FLSHLGHT. Then in the comments column under the details for the item I want to put more specific information such as MAG 14.5IN and PCKT.
We have a database to track all of our expenses in case our company would ever audit us. If I streamline these items I want to know if I put the purchase cost in the appropriate cell under the cost column in the details window for a particular item rather than the unit cost cell on the first page that?s brought up when you select the item, will I get an accurate cost summary or will the program just pull the cost from the unit cost cell on the initial page for the item and give me a $0 for that particular item.
