upload data from PT2000 to the inventory problem

IntelliTrack Inventory version 4.3 and  PT2000

Matter ocuures when I upload data from PT2000 to the inventory at the first time. I am sure all configurationa and connetion are ok.

Enclosed the screen shot. 

Pls help analyze and resolve it.
