We are running Intellitrack 4.3 and after installing the update from Windows for the Genuine Version Tool IntelliTrack diverted to the packaging default setting, "Paris".  We were successful in getting our settings back into the program for our use; however, we have been unsuccesful in repairing a final error diverting our character size for the box titled, "Desc" under the table for User Defined Titles accessed from Tools, User Titles, Inventory Titles from our setting of 100 to the default setting of 35.  Since the Field Size is greyed out, we are unable to change the size back to the 100 character size limitation from the Table.

As a result, every time we attempt to check in or check our a product from our service, Access shows an error message stating, "The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add.  Try inserting or pasting less data.  ItemID_AfterUpdate"

Due to this problem we are unable to check in or check out products from our rental service with titles that exceed 35 characters.  The character limit created for our system was 100 characters.  We are running the program from an admin account, but cannot figure out how to change the characters back from 35 to 100.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your consideration in advance.

Hi Tim,

Are you just trying to update your stock numbers for items you already have entered into the database, or are you trying to import product records from scratch into the database?

Thanks,
Jamie
