Database *.cdb does not exist
« on: October 04, 2006, 01:50:04 pm »
I installed Package Track Version 3.6 (3.06), everything seems to be working fine, after installing the PPC version of Package Track I try to open it and I get the Databse'\PT.cdb' does not exist.

Database is fine, I can add; edit etc on the client (PC) but it seems to not be transfering to the pocket pc.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Make sure that you can run the "Synchronize handheld" routine without seeing any errors.  It may warn you on the firts run that it can't find any data on the device (this is normal since you don't have it on there yet) then insure the trasnfer continues without error.  Once that is complete the PPC application will have it's dataabse to run off of when you start the handheld application.

I have had this happen 2x on our pocketpc and have not found a solution other than doing a hard reset on the handheld and reinstall.
