Default account Unknown recipient

Does anyone know if you can recreate the unknown recipient account so it's the default account. I deleted it and manually recreated the account and now rapid scan does not work I'm assumimg because there's no default account to associate with.

Please contact tech support at 888-583-3008 option 6 for assistance. This would require an engineer to manually correct the database. Hope this helps!
