Hello all. New user here and have questions regarding the e-mail notifications I can?t seem to figure out...
We have the notifications set for every 12 hours however am wondering if there is a way to allow the system to e-mail the same user more than once for a different delivery within that 12 hour time frame? The system will e-mail once to this user and only once, even though we have other items come in afterward. I changed the setting to 2 hours and although I am sure that would allow me to send multiple e-mails for multiple incoming couriers after that 2 hours has passed, it then sends her an e-mail every 2 hours for that original package as well ? which I?m not interested in. I would think the system should recognize that there is a new parcel, new barcode and new item and prompt a new e-mail but no such luck. Is there an option I?m missing?
