Handheld printer setup
« on: April 01, 2008, 10:08:51 am »
When I enter the IP address and port for a TCP printer connection, I receive the following error:  Subscript out of range.  I'm using a Symbol MC50 and a Zebra QL320+.  I can ping the printer and print to it using Symbol's print manager.  Any thoughts?

The test print function can not print if the default label format is incorrect. To check your default label format, open the package track workstation application and select configuration > notifications > edit format. If no default format exists, you can select the default button and a default label will be created. Please contact Intellitrack Technical Support for a corrected default label format.

Thank you!
