multiple users on PC; one handheld.

We are having a problem getting multiple users to be able to sync handheld with server.  Currently on one person with a profile on this computer can sync.  We need the others to do the same.  We created a unified username but that didn't work either . . .

Any suggestions?

Both users have accounts on the PT server.
