I have been running package track on 5 symbol pocket pc's 8800 since July 2008, since last week after uploading the data to the desktop running windows xp service pack 3 I have been unable to open package track on the hand held devices, I get 2 error messages, unable to locate users or unable to locate mail rooms, I have tried un installing package track from the hand held devices @ then re installing the software on the hand held devices but get the error message unable to transfer data to portable device, I now have a system that is not working @ all which is very frustrating, any ideas or suggestions welcome.
I have just tried delating package track from the handheld & then re-installing the software but got the error message unable to load mailrooms collection, any suggestions welcome.
