Tracking Number Formats

I'm currently evaluating package track for our mail rooms.  I have a MC5590 that I'm doing the test with.  I'm having a hard time getting the tracking number formats correct for all of the carriers.  It seems like if everything is defined correctly then the user should not have to choose the carrier.

Does anyone have a list of the different formats?
