RFSDK 6.0 Client can not be installed on Windows CE 5.0

Hi,
i tried to install the RFSDK 6.0 WinCE client on a LXE MX80 device with Windows CE 5.0 (Build 1400), but the setup says, that the client is not compatible with this Windows.

Is there a newer client available for RFSDK 6.0 ?
