I realize the Intellitrack telephone support group does not support VPN installation of the Stockroom apprilcation but am i able to get help here. If so here is my problem.
I want to add a remote workstation to the existing local LAN installation of Stockroom ver 7 but am having a problem. I have made the rmote connection to a server that has the Stockroom database files and License service files but when I run the stockroom installation it fails to find the server. The VPN connection works and I have mapped maps a drive to the shared folder c:\Program Files\Intellitrack on the server and I can browse to the database files and license service files but the running the installation fails to find them. I have also shared the c: drive on the server and mapped a drive on the workstation to it but still can't find server. I have tried IP address and UNC name.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong here? Is the drive mapped to the wrong shared folder or

Problem solved. I made a change to the Windows 2003 Server configuration to reconfigure the DHCP services and the DHCP Relay agent and the Stockroom program then found the server and completed the install.
