We are having problems with our MC3000 handhelds and our Intellitrack (5.2 SQL) workstation. Everything worked fine until a week or so ago when our handhelds gave this message when synchronizing data:
The handheld failed to access the
SQL Server database, please check
the error log for detailed error
information.
It does this on 5 out of 6 handhelds now. First, we tried a cold boot on the device to clear it. We then go to install the handheld client and get to the point where it is time to send over the data to the handheld to have it current. It goes for a few seconds and then gives the error above. I ordered a new cradle for a handhelds thinking that might be it, but it is not. Has anyone seen this before? We can use Intellitrack on the computer, just not the handhelds.
Are the error logs in the ISTOCK5 folder? I only found upload processing logs. Nothing was related to my issue.
